- Led a result oriented team of 12 developers in a number of Zimbabwe
Human Resources Information Systems projects developing and
implementing distributed HR systems for the Ministry of Health and Child
Care, a highly configurable and adaptable registration and licensing
application for health regulatory bodies such as NCZ, MDPCZ and HPA. The
project was being funded by Center of Disease Control, USA, PEPFAR
- Commenced a vital project named Java API for Care Services Directory (jaxcsd) which is now part of the global OpenHIE community
- Participated in the OpenHIE community weekly meetings to share ideas with other OpenHIE and CSD implementors and vendors, and to ensure that Zimbabwe provider registry met international standards
- Led the design and implementation of a distributed system that recorded HIV/AIDS, Malaria and TB surveillance indicators for SADC
- Attended a Collaborative Requirements Development Methodology Training(CRDM) in USA for Tanzania Ministry of Health system implementations
